Cinnamon Pecans

All the aromas of a cozy home in the fall. Certain aromas can release “feel good hormones”. SO make this quick snack to fill your home and heart with happiness.

Pecans or a great source of protein and fiber. Cinnamon works great for balancing insulin levels and glucose. Stevia and Monk Fruit have no impact on the blood sugar are a great way to add a little sweet to your treats.

These cinnamon pecans would be great on top of the salad, all by themselves or on the go, with some berries for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Cinnamon Pecans


1 1/2 cups pecan halves

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnamon

2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme

2 tbsp stevia or monk fruit

1-2 tbsp water

1/4 tsp salt

Mix all together in a bowl. Water last. Add just a little at a time, stirring to help flavor coat the pecans. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Bake 10-12 minutes in a oven.
