Living The Gluten-Free Lifestyle: Balancing Hormone and Gut Health
In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of the impact of gluten on our overall health, particularly on hormone balance and gut health. For many, eliminating gluten from their diet has led to significant improvements in their well-being. However, saying goodbye to gluten often means bidding farewell to beloved staples like pizza and bread, leaving many longing for that comforting taste and texture.
Gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye, can trigger inflammation in the gut and disrupt hormonal balance in some individuals. This can lead to a range of symptoms, from digestive issues to hormonal imbalances. By removing gluten from our diets, we can support our bodies in achieving optimal health and well-being.
